Job Summary: Under supervision from the CBA HIV Program Manager, the CBA HIV Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of culturally relevant health promotion and disease prevention initiatives consistent with CBA goal and objectives as outlined in the funding announcement and work plan. The CBA HIV Specialist will develop and deliver capacity building curricula/training modules and educational materials; participate in community outreach; assist in establishing relationships with community partners that will serve to elevate the health status of Northern Plains Trial community. In addition, the Health Educator will work closely with tribal health departments, grassroots community coalitions, Indian Health Services, and a network of professionals to develop tribal capacity toward planning, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining HIV/AIDS prevention programs.

Job Summary: The Behavioral Health & Recovery Programs Director is responsible for carrying out the goals of the ATR Program and related BH/Recovery initiatives. The BH/Recovery programs director is responsible for managing and overseeing special projects and assignments, evaluating program operations, identifying opportunities to develop and implement program process improvements and developing plans for implementing new BH/Recovery initiatives. In addition, the BH/Recovery Director will ensure that program grants are in compliance with funder requirements and meet quality assurance standards. Programs goals and objectives are met in collaboration with all GPTCHB providers to deliver the maximum level of placement; substance abuse assessment, planning and treatment; case management; advocacy; referral services; data collection; and promotion of ATR/BH & Recovery Health services. The program director will be an effective liaison with SAMHSA, tribes, Indian Health Services, providers, and subcontractors resulting in full operational partnerships as deemed necessary and appropriate for the lifetime of the grants. The Program Director will maintain consistent communication with the GPTCHB CEO regarding all ATR/BH & Recovery Health matters.

Job Summary: The Cultural Advisor/Site Coordinator (CA) will oversee the day-to-day operation the NARCH HIV/STD prevention project as the primary liaison between the research staff and the CRST community. He/she will work closely with investigators and serve as a contributing member of the research team. The CA will be responsible for the coordination of all field activities. The CA will also serve as the senior advisor to the research team on the cultural needs, concerns, and considerations of study participants and stakeholders throughout all phases of the project. The CA reports directly to the Director of Science and Applied Informatics. Job Summary: Under supervision from the STI TPPI Manager (GPTCHB, Rapid City, SD), the Program Coordinator will be responsible for helping the Program Manager develop health curricula, educational materials, conduct community outreach and establishing relationships with community partners.  This position will also require creation of fliers, scheduling of interviews, focus groups recruitment, dictation and transcription of those events.  The Program Coordinator will work closely with tribal health departments, grassroots community coalitions, Indian Health Service, Sanford Research, and other networks of professionals to develop tribal capacity toward planning, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining sexually transmitted infections and teenage pregnancy prevention initiative.

Job Summary: GPTCHB is currently looking for a highly-motivated and qualified professional to lead our business planning and contracts development department. The Director, in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for developing and implementing new business practices that will enhance organizational financial performance.  This position facilitates the development and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on improving the profitability and market share of the organization. 
The Director of Business Planning and Contract Development reports to the Chief Executive Officer.  He/she will work independently as well as collaboratively on identifying and capitalizing revenue opportunities and on addressing revenue-losing processes. The Director will assist in all contract and non-contractual negotiations and oversee the business development and revenue generating team. This key member will function as a reimbursement expert as well as a major support of revenue generation and financial program improvement initiatives. The Director will constantly be focused on improving business performance and additional operational functions which ensure overall departmental stability and growth.
